The e-bill complies with all legal requirements and is just like the invoice we send you by mail. The only change is how we send it to you: you will start receiving it by e-mail.

HOW TO CHANGE THE E-MAIL ASSOCIATED WITH E-BILL
You can change the e-mail associated with your e-invoicing in My Customer Area in the Contract Management field.
- Access My Customer Area
- Register a user account
- When creating the account select the I want to sign up for e-bill option or .
- If you have already created the user account and have not selected the E-Invoicing Sign Up option, go to the Contract Management field in My Customer Area, where you can sign up for the e-bill. If you prefer, you can also contact our Customer Support Line on 808 50 20 50 (working days, from 9 a.m. to 8 p-m. at the cost of a local call) or visit one of our Customer Service Points.
