Quality of Service

Promoting adequate quality of service levels in the electricity sector is an essential condition in order to ensure that the needs of the population are met and to guarantee well-being, as well as for carrying out an economic activity that can compete on a global scale.

Quality of service in the electricity sector may be analysed according to its two components:

  • Technical quality of service.
  • Commercial quality of service.
